Shipping
Micro Devices Pro’s policy is to ship all items within
24 hours for orders placed before 12:00 noon CDT for which credit card confirmation
has been validated. Insurance is optional and is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping is normally by UPS ground within the continental USA and Canada unless
otherwise specified by the customer.
Warranty
WITH THE EXCEPTION of software products, all items carry
a 30 days warranty from Micro Devices Pro. After 30 days you may contact the
manufacture for extended warranty.
Micro Devices Pro Merchandise Return Policy
Returns must be 100% complete, unused, and in their original
condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals,
registration card(s), cabling and accessories. Any incomplete items will not
be refunded. Items may not be returned if they were disassembled or installed.
Micro Devices Pro will accept returns within 30 days from
the date of your purchase. Upon approval, credit will be issued to the credit
card that was used to place the order. All other returns must be exchanged
under the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty which is usually
one year for defective merchandise.
All merchandise for return will be issued an RMA Number
from Micro Device Pro for inspection purpose only. You will receive credit
or replacement only under the condition that the merchandise was purchased
from Micro Devices Pro and under our warranty period. All merchandise received
by Micro Devices Pro will be inspected and tested. All the returns will be
processed contingent upon the test result.
Micro Devices Pro will assume responsibility for shipping
charges if your return is the result of an erroneous shipment by us. You will
be responsible for shipping fees incurred on returns for any other reason.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without a Return
Authorization
Note: Any merchandise without proof of purchase or serial
numbers that do not match Micro Devices Pro's database will be returned to
the customer.
Investment Protection: Your Piece of Mind
If for any reason the product you purchase does not meet
your needs we offer the following options: You may upgrade to a different
product with your full purchase price (less shipping cost, Refund is 20% restocking
fee) being credited to the cost of a new product within 30 days of the original
purchase. If there is not currently an item in inventory that you want, upon
the return of your product in full working condition with the warranty seal
intact, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the full amount of your
original purchase. Refurbished products carry a 30 days Micro Devices Pro
warranty and will be exchanged with similar products if available.
